Joanne, We have just arrived back today from 40 Parkside at Skegness. We
could not fault the caravan in any way it was the best we have stayed in as it
was like home from home .The 70,s weekend was excellent and to watch all the
people in fancy dress was brilliant. Thank you very much for the use of the
caravan and if we come back to Butlins at Skegness in the future we will call
you to see what availability you have in your caravans.

hi thanks for letting myself wife and granddaughter stay in retreat 12 last
week oct 14th we had a great time with plenty to do for ourselves and the little
one the caravan was well positioned nice quite spot and was lovely and clean and
had everything we required hope to go back sometime in the future and would not
hesitate to use cjs again once again many thanks.

We have been to Butlins many times and have always stayed in Butlins
apartments but this time we decided to hire a caravan as there was 6 of us as it
worked out a fraction of the cost. We stayed in 40 Parkside, the caravan was
beautiful, modern, clean and was equipped with everything we needed including
toys! (the girls didn’t bother playing with any we took just the ones in the
caravan!), the only thing we would have like the caravan to have was a veranda
but only as we have young children.
We found the stay much more relaxed and enjoyed the holiday more than we ever
had in the past, needless to say we will never be booking with Butlins again and
will definitely booking one of Jo’s caravans the next time we go.

Hello Joanne,
Thank you so much for letting us use 39 The Paddocks (2nd Sept - 10th Sept)
the caravan was lovely and in an ideal location. We had a wonderful holiday,
Butlins is a brilliant place for Children and Adults and the shows are
fantastic. The layout of the caravan worked really well and is one of the best
we have stayed in, it works really well if there are 2 families as there is a
large master bedroom and shower room at one end and another 2 bedrooms and
shower room at the other end with the kitchen and living area in the middle. The
veranda was nice to use for sitting outside in the day and evening and was also
safe for our 3 year old! Having a Washing Machine was also really useful and we
used this on several occasions it was great being able to just pop outside and
pop the washing in without having to wait around in a Launderette. The
additional items available such as highchair, pushchair etc were great and in
good and clean condition. We would recommend this caravan and will hopefully be
booking again in the future.

Hi Joanne; Stayed in 40 PARKSIDE, what a lovely Caravan. It just made a good
start to our Holiday, from the outside, the presentation, perfect location and
peaceful cul de sac area. Inside was immaculate, fresh and clean with all the
extra`s of high chair to washing machine. The same standard as 2year ago with a

Hi, Joanne,
Just a quick note to say that we had a smashing time at Butlins Skegness last
week.
Of all the caravans we've hired yours has the best lay out, it worked very
well with all of us fitting into the available space. The equipment and
appliances were more than adequate for our simple needs and everything was very
clean.
The close location to the park was also just right, especially for the little
ones.
We did have a problem with a lot of wasps being around and getting into the
caravan however. There seemed to be a lot of insects around the area so was
probably a general problem for the time of year.

Hi Joanne, It was nice meeting up with you at Butlins Jo. Just a short note

was spotlessly clean, lovely, so very modern, and spacious, we couldn't have
asked for anything better, and to be honest we couldn't find any faults, the
weather turned out fantasic for the week we were there (May bank holiday).

I have just stayed in Dunes 73, would highly recommend it. Very clean, well
looked after caravan. Everything you could possibly need is available. Joanne is

Thanks for a lovely holiday, we booked the caravan for a weeks holiday in May
2010 with our 3 children and couldn't have been more pleased.
The Caravan was clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need, I
really was overwhelmed by the amount of effort that Joanne had put in to make
sure that who-ever rents her caravans has all the comforts you would normally
have at home. The location of our caravan was perfet for the mains Butlins
resort but still quiet enough for us to get a good nights rest. We have already
booked to go back twice next year.
Thanks again for making our holiday as stress free as possible. Looking

Great caravan so near to everything. we could not believe how you had thought of

holiday, 73 Dunes was lovely, clean and very tidy, best caravan holiday we have
had, there was everything we needed and best of all we didn't have to bring a
pushchair or travel cot .The site was brilliant, plenty for us all to do with
not enough time, could of stopped another week as weather was gorgeous. We will

Hi there Joanne, I would like to say a very big thank you for a very good
holiday. I must say this was one of the best caravans I have ever stayed in. My
children were impressed with the games as there were lots to do I think that
this is a holiday in which none of my family will forget. Very cheap due to the
fact that all shows are included. To come all the way from Scotland i think this
was a holiday well travelled. I shall be booking again with yourselves. As i
FOUND THIS RESORT AND THIS SERVICE THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!!! p.s its great you
dont have to bring prams and games cd's dvd's and all those sort of things as
its all there. And security s excellent let your kids go and they will come back
at feeding time. SECURITY IS AMAZING here. Everything about this holiday made it
the best. JOANNE had excellent contact before and during the holiday. A very
honest and reliable lady, I know this as I overpaid and Joanne told me and even

We stayed in joannes caravan for 4 nights and i have to say i have never felt
more relaxed knowing there is nothing to worry about the caravan has more than
you would ever need and more it was fantastic and the kids were never bored with
all the games and activities provided it is especially good as it is so close to

Dear Joanne, I just had to write to tell you what a delightul holiday we had
staying in your lovely caravan at skegness on the 15th August. Everything was
just perfect (including the weather) The location of the Retreat is ideal for
the children and the caravan was clean and well fitted out with everything. My
grand children just loved it and never wanted to leave. The entertainment at
butlins was superb, we could not have wished for a better holiday. I am sure we
will be going again. Thankyou for your kind attention to detail, it all helped.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely caravan (73 Dunes)we were very pleased with
the accommodation and amazed at all the caravan contained, it was very very
clean and modern, there were everything there that we could of possibly wanted
right down to plasters, batteries etc!! we would definitely like to stay here
again, it is not very far from the main Butlins activities. I would like to
praise Mrs Gravil for the way she keeps this van maintained and for all the
contents that were available which most people wouldnt even think about...

HI JOANNE; Just a little feed back from our 1st family holiday at butlins;
Well what can i say, from trying Haven to Park resorts sites this is far better
caravan we have ever stayed in.On arrival it was emaculate,tidy and even smelt
fresh, my wife even made a comment to how spik and span everthing was and she is
obsessed with cleniness. Double glazzed and central heating, it was nice waking
up to a warm, damp free caravan,as well as alarm system fitted for piece of mind
when out and about! There was toys/CD to keep my daughter occupied, a large
lockable shed at rear for storage, and out side patio area with nice table and
chairs to eat outside. As well as how impressed i was with the caravan, the
whole site in general was impressive very tidy, with people taking pride in
thier caravans, and the CCTV coverage the whole site. A BIG thankyou to joanne

Hi Joanne, I just wanted to let you know that myself and my family really
enjoyed our holiday in your caravan at butlins when we went a few weeks ago, it
was very clean, well presented, plenty to do 4 the children, DVDs, games,
playstation and games etc. It has a lovely veranda, a very easy to use washing
machine, I think it is a brilliant idea that you have a television in the
bedroom as well as the front room. It was our first time in this caravan but we
would definately rent it again. It was a very enjoyable holiday. I also know
that if we experianced any problems which we never did, we feel you would have
been more than happy to help, there is more i would say about our holiday but i
would be here all night, it is a beautiful caravan, thank you debbie

I have stayed in the 8 berth caravan based at Butlins in Skegness owned by
Joanne Gravil on three occasions. On each occasion I have had a fantastic time
and book for the following year to ensure that I will not be disappointed by
staying in inferior accommodation. I was very surprised how spacious the caravan
was, especially now with the additional veranda. The caravan could not be better
placed for access to the facilities at Butlins being only a 'stones throw' away
from all the facilities. I recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Just a few comments about Caravan 73 situated on the Dunes part of Butlins
Caravan Park. Me and my partner and our four children have just returned after a
weeks Holiday. The first thing that strikes you on arrival is how close to
Butlins the caravan actually is, it genuinly is a 2 minute walk to the tunnel to
Butlins pavillion and the supermarket, you could throw the keys from the
collection office and hit the caravan. We found it brilliant after a night out
making the short walk back past the Baby Rabbits "you'll see em" probably. The
Caravan itself is really nice and clean and comfy. It has a nice size TV, dvd, a
decent little sterro, a flat screen in the double bedroom and a selection of
everything you'll need. Theres also a lovely veranda with lovely wooden seating
and a bench, so you can sit and have a drink outsde in the evening "if you
wish". Also one final point the lady who's caravan number 73 belongs to was
never anything but lovely and polite and she made us want to go on the holiday
even more. So to sum up, you wont find a better caravan or location on Butlins,
unless your in a show caravan. "Here's to next year"

I would just like to say Thank you for the hire of your caravan, and the
service you provided. We had a lovely time at 73 Dunes. It was like home from
home, the kids had a great time and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us in
the van. We even had the luxury of the twins having a travel cot each, which fit
in one of the bedrooms as well as the single bed. Everything we needed was in
the van and the use of the washing machine was fantastic, taking 5 children on
holiday produces lots of washing so this was a massive help. I would definitely
