94 Sandhills is situated in a quiet and peaceful location and is
safer for small children. Only a short walk to the main Butlins complex
or catch the train.
Luxury gold 8 berth 12 foot wide caravan with 3 Bedrooms, 1 double, 2
twin rooms plus double sofa bed in the lounge. Double glazing, Full
central heating throughout, instant hot water. Fully fitted kitchen
including gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. TV, DVD
player, Freeview and CD/Radio player, Ironing board and Iron all for
your convenience. Bathroom with shower and electric shaver point.
Separate toilet.
Outside there is a patio set for those warm sunny days.

We can also provide a bed guard, travel cot, highchair, safety gate
and pushchair with rain cover for the little ones.
(sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot)
Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins passes are all included
in the price.
For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke
alarm & a carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained
You will need to provide your own linen/towels
or we can provide them for you at a cost of £35
All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean
when leaving.
Our Caravan is family friendly and we do not allow smoking or pets.
